Blue Socks Media, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, coordinates a worldwide network of production, sales, marketing and licensing professionals to manage and develop the "Raggs" brand. Headed by Toni Steedman, a former advertising executive, the company has grown "Raggs" to include 195 half hours in English and Spanish; over 200 original songs/50 covers or classic songs; and hundreds of shorts and webisodes.
The "Raggs" series airs in the U.S. on the Qubo cable channel and in Spanish on NBC's Telemundo. "Raggs" also airs in multiple other countries in English and Spanish, with other languages planned. The company is proud to work with quality partners such as the Fiesta Toy Co., which has produced a full line of beautiful plush toys, and the pretigious 143 year old Schoenhut Toy Co. for a line of children's pianos and songbooks. Blue Socks also distributes a full line of activity books through retailers.
In 2014, Blue Socks partnered with the Palladium Hotel Group in Ibiza, Spain, to launch the "Play at Palladium with Raggs" program at their expansive luxury resorts in Punta Cana, DR; Montego Bay, Jamaica and Riviera Maya and Puerto Vallarta Mexico. "Play at Palladium with Raggs" includes live shows, events and dining experiences. In the future, Blue Socks and "Raggs" will continue to seek innovative new partners for further expansion.
